Children should go outside and play!

Time spent outdoors between the ages of 3 to 8 1/2 years was inversely associated with the risk of developing myopia in children between the ages of 10 to 15 years old,” researchers found after examining data on some 2,833 children.  The findings were recently published in Investigative Ophthalmology & Visual Science.
