Noreen, Office Manager
As your first point of contact with our practice, Noreen takes the time to listen carefully and understand your concerns and needs. She patiently and thoughtfully guides families through the scheduling process, answering questions and helping coordinate care along the way. Noreen believes deeply in the mission of Family Eyecare Solutions and is passionate about supporting patients and their families throughout their care journey. Since joining Family Eyecare Solutions in 2018, Noreen has earned the respect and trust of our patients through her consistency, attention to detail, and genuine care. She plays a key role in helping the office run smoothly and ensuring that each family feels supported, informed, and welcomed from their very first interaction. Noreen is a natural multitasker who wears many hats. Whether as a wife, mother, grandmother, or devoted pet parent to her many farm animals, she is always happily busy. In her downtime, she enjoys tending to her gardens and spending time caring for the animals that bring her so much joy.
Olivia, Vision Therapist
Olivia is the newest member of the Family Eyecare Solutions team and is pursuing a career in Vision Therapy. She is passionate about helping both children and adults strengthen their visual skills in ways that support learning, daily function, and overall quality of life. Olivia earned her degree in Psychology from Binghamton University, graduating in May 2025. With a strong background in childcare, she was drawn to a career that combines science, patient care, and meaningful human connection—making Vision Therapy a natural fit. She enjoys working closely with patients, offering encouragement, and supporting progress through individualized, goal-oriented care. Under the guidance of Dr. Laura Vasilakos, Olivia is continuing to expand her training in developmental and functional vision care. She is excited to grow within the field and to be part of a team dedicated to thoughtful, evidence-based vision therapy. Outside of the office, Olivia enjoys reading, exercising, traveling, spending time at the beach, and being with friends.
