Dr. Vasilakos goes far beyond what most optometrists do in terms of helping people with vision issues. Thoroughly recommended. She successfully helped my young daughter solve her double vision issue and she has helped me with my depth perception issues. She tales a metrics based approach so that any improvements can be tracked and you can see (yes, pun intended) progress made. She has a great personal touch and is very easy to communicate with, in addition to a strong and effective office administration.

I brought my 9 week old baby in to see Dr. Laura while I waited for an appointment with Children’s Hospital due to a concerning movement my daughters eyes were making. Noreen could hear the worry in my voice when I called and got us in the same day. Dr. Laura spent so much time with us - she was thorough, kind and informative. She was truly an answer to my prayers in an incredibly scary time for me. My daughter is now 9 months and her eyes are great - just like Dr. Laura predicted. I think of her often and the comfort the entire experience at her office gave me. Noreen was also such a gift to me that day. I’ll never forget it. Thank you so very much. You are doing exactly what you’re meant to do.

My 11 year old son is halfway through vision therapy. I will admit that the vision therapy homework has been a frustrating routine for my son to get used to but he has finally been doing it without complaining. The gains of self confidence is amazing! He has improved in his ability to communicate, in reading, and writing. Dr. Laura and Noreen have been an absolute joy to work with. They are passionate about the patients and the work they do.
